周旭东，副教授，硕导
国家公派美国访问学者，湖南省省派科技特派员，担任中华中医药学会中成药分会第六届委员会委员、中国民族医药学会药用资源分会理事、中国民族医药学会科研分会青年委员会委员、中国民族医药学会信息与大数据分会理事、湖南省药学会中药天然药物专业委员会委员、张家界市乾坤莓茶工程技术研究中心专家指导委员会委员。
受教育和工作简历：
周旭东，男，湖南株洲人，理学博士，副教授，硕士生导师。2015年博士毕业于北京大学药学院。目前主要从事中药民族药活性天然产物的分离，结构鉴定，结构修饰以及化学生物学功能应用的发现。已从多种传统中药民族药中分离鉴定上百种化合物，部分已发表在《Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry Letters》、《Tetrahedron Letters》、《Molecules》、《Natural Product Research》、《Fitoterapia》、《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》等天然药物相关专业期刊。
研究方向：
中药民族药活性天然产物的发现及其功能研究。
科学贡献：
近五年以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI期刊收录科研论文20余篇；申请专利5项；先后主持或参与国家自然科学基金等各级科研项目8项。
